This residential interior project is located at BTI Royal Pines, ECB Chattar, Mirpur, Dhaka, spanning a total area of 1,670 square feet. The scope of work included both design consultation and complete construction execution, ensuring a cohesive and high-quality implementation of the design vision.

The project was designed with a modern and functional approach, creating a balanced living environment that blends aesthetics with everyday practicality. The living and dining areas were planned with open layouts, clean design language, and warm material tones to promote visual continuity and enhance natural light.

The kitchen features a modern storage system with sleek cabinetry and efficient internal organization, maximizing usability and supporting a smooth cooking workflow.

The master bedroom was designed in a minimal, contemporary style, featuring custom TV cabinetry, integrated wardrobe solutions, a dedicated vanity area, and a quiet reading corner, creating a calm and personalized retreat for the occupants.

The child’s bedroom was designed as a playful and cheerful space, highlighted by light pink furniture, along with a compact vanity setup and a comfortable reading space that supports both study and relaxation.

Custom false ceiling designs were incorporated across major areas of the apartment, integrating layered lighting to enhance spatial depth, mood, and architectural character.

Overall, the project delivers a refined residential interior that harmonizes modern design, smart storage solutions, and tailored personal zones, resulting in a functional and visually appealing home.
