This project aims to renovate an existing roof by enhancing its functions and introducing new features. Alongside the original walking, gardening, and clothes-drying areas, the design now includes spaces for sitting and relaxing, an outdoor shed for various activities, a kitchen, a toilet, and AC outdoor unit placements. To tackle challenges like the central ventilation area and floor conditions, we used pavement tiles and removed protruding columns. The result is a simple, soothing, and highly usable space that enhances the tenant’s living experience.
